Acceptance of these terms

You must accept these terms to use Starnova. If you use Starnova on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and the terms apply to both you and the organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the services.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must meet the minimum age required to use the services in your jurisdiction. Developer accounts must provide accurate organization and application information.

Acceptable use

Do not use Starnova to break the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or bypass authentication and authorization controls.

Do not test the security of the platform without written permission. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly to security@starnova.network.

Developer services

Developers are responsible for their games, content, privacy practices, and compliance with applicable laws. Registering an application does not transfer responsibility for the game to Starnova.

Developers must protect player data, use only the permissions they need, and keep redirect URIs and application settings accurate. We may suspend applications that create security, legal, or abuse risks.

Purchases and virtual items

Paid features, virtual items, and payouts may be subject to additional terms presented at checkout or in the developer agreement. Prices, availability, and refund eligibility are shown where the purchase is made.

Except where required by law or stated otherwise, purchases of virtual items are final. Developers are responsible for the content and delivery of the items they sell.

Intellectual property

Starnova and its branding, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of our services or trademarks.

You retain ownership of your games, content, and data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and deliver that content as part of the services you use.

Third-party services and games

Games and third-party services available through Starnova are operated by their respective providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply separately, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that any game, application, or third-party integration will be available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starnova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by law.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or if required by law. You may stop using the services at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the services evolve. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
